The 2026 Summer Reading Catalog
It's time to sign up for the NEIBA 2026 Summer Reading Catalog! The NEIBA Summer Reading Catalog is a turnkey, multiplatform marketing program to simplify your summer. It's an 8-page, full-color catalog featuring titles spanning all genres and age groups, sized perfectly to stack at cash wrap, tuck into a book, or insert in your local newspaper. As with our Holiday Catalog, NEIBA member bookstores will have the option to imprint the Summer Reading Catalog with their business's logo. Catalogs will ship to stores in mid-May.

Customize Your Print Catalog
NEIBA members may order up to 10,000 catalogs for free. Each additional order of 500 catalogs will cost $55 per carton.
Imprinting the back cover
If you would like to imprint the back cover with your bookstore's branding, the imprinting fee is $150.
Back cover imprinting should be a 4x5 image file with a transparent background. Common design elements include your bookstore's name, logo, address, phone number, website, tagline, and any special offer (i.e. "Show this catalog for 15% off featured titles!").
Design services are also available. Please email elizabeth@neba.org the above information (and anything else you would like featured in the design) to request this service. Cover requests must be made by March 15, 2026.
Newspaper Insertion
NEIBA facilitates local newspaper insertion for participating bookstores! If you would like to participate — have imprinted catalogs sent to your local newspaper — there is an option to request this service on the order form.
Rebate for In-Store Displays
To support our participating stores, NEIBA offers a $50 rebate for in-store displays. Create a display that features these titles, snap a photo, and tag @NEIBAbooks or e-mail your pictures to elizabeth@neba.org by July 15 to receive payment. Rebates will be processed after the deadline, in mid-to-late July.
