Exhibitor-Exclusive Events
Author Signings at Exhibitor Booths
Exhibitors may host one author per hour at their booth for book signings. These book signings are advertised to attendees in our printed program and announced on the trade show floor from the NEIBA booth The cost to participate is TK.
Rep Picks Session
NEIBA's Rep Picks Session introduces frontline booksellers to sales reps through presentations of forthcoming Fall 2026 titles. This event is presentation-style, with participating reps speaking from the front of the room. This year, we will also have a screen and projector for slides. Since reps will not have the ability to hand out sell sheets, we will ask each participating rep to send an Edelweiss collection so that these materials can be printed for attendees' use. Publishers may submit multiple reps; however, reps are selected by lottery. The cost to participate TK.
Editor Buzz Panels
NEIBA's Editor Buzz Panels give attendees a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at Spring/Summer 2027 titles. Every editor in attendance will have the opportunity to present one title. Adult and children's sessions will run simultaneously in separate rooms. The cost to participate TK.
These opportunities will become available to those who have secured a spot on the exhibit floor. NEIBA will reach out directly with details once exhibit space is finalized.
Advertising & Sponsorship
Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are exclusive to exhibiting companies.
If you are an imprint of a larger publisher or a publisher being represented by a commission rep group, the exhibiting company may reserve the following promotional opportunities through their exhibit order form (linked above)!

Submitting Authors
The Fall Conference offers multiple author events for bookseller attendees: keynotes (one that opens the event, and one over lunch on the final day of the event), an author reception (a relaxed atmosphere in which 25 authors, all seated at individual tables, sign books for bookseller attendees and make connections), and four breakfasts: two where four children's authors/illustrators present and two where four adult authors present. We're looking for authors with new books publishing in Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 (as long as galleys are available). These author appearances are only open to publishers. We do not accept submissions directly from authors. Please confirm that your author is free before submitting them.
There is a $800 fee for each confirmed Author Reception participant, a $1500 fee for each confirmed Author Breakfast participant, and a $1800 fee for each confirmed Keynote participant.
In addition to the fees outlined above, we also require that you provide physical copies of each title (finished copies or galleys) for bookseller attendees. Shipping information will be provided as the event date approaches.
