In addition to the NEIBA Peer Reviews that we have so successfully done with 40 NEIBA stores, we are now offering Website Peer Reviews. Developed by your fellow booksellers and a few outside experts in website design and use, we have created a best practices check list for independent bookstores. We will appraise your store’s website, covering areas such as the purpose of your website, its overall design, ease of navigation, features, e-Newsletters, e-Commerce and social media.
We do this review remotely, followed up with a telephone call evaluation and discussion of ways to improve the look and use of your website. We hope you’ll take advantage of this quick and free review process. As we often found in the store Peer Reviews, fresh eyes are a big help!
