Opinions and advice are personal to each Book Doctor and should be considered in the same way you would consider advice you hear at any panel or seminar. If you have a particularly thorny problem, consider getting a second opinion. Calls to Book Doctors will be kept confidential, but the general nature of each question will be noted.

Calls should be at the convenience of the Book Doctor and you should absorb all expenses of the call. Prior to calling, prepare for the call by gathering facts and preparing concise questions.
