Books on the Square in Providence, RI is looking for a part-time bookseller, bibliophile preferred.  Exceptional customer service skills required and must work well in a team environment.  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, Wordstock experience a plus, Saturdays a must.

Associate Site Director of Business Operations, Waltham, MA

MTW seeks a creative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Director to oversee business operations, including supervision of 2 full time business managers, as well as training and leading a team of 5-6 youth employees on 3 shifts each week. The Associate Site Director of Business Operations oversees all aspects of the store and online businesses, including maximizing profitability, training, inventory management, marketing, merchandising and events.  The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of retail, proven track record of supervising and leading a team, book and/or café business experience and a proven ability to inspire and compel others to exceed expectations.

  Business Training Manager, Boston or Waltham,  MA

MTW seeks an energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented manager to train and lead a team of 5-6 youth employees to run the online and retail bookstore and café social enterprise. The Business Training Manager oversees all aspects the store and online businesses including maximizing profitability, training, inventory management, marketing, merchandising and events. This must be a high-energy person who enjoys teaching others, hitting goals, and working in a fast-paced environment including evening and/or weekend hours.
